This was approximately a 3500 square-foot home in the heart of Adams, Tennessee. The homeowner purchased a roof wash, which took around 2 hours to complete. As you can see in some of the pictures, some areas had heavy Gloeocapsa magma, an algae that grows on composition shingles, causing unsightly streaks and stains. In the end, it all washed away quite nicely. Keep in mind that it is important to continuously water the plants and bushes around a home to mitigate damage to plant life.
